Um...yaa....well, I'm guessing you guys are all sick and tired of that dude, whats his name agian? Oh ya, Jon Gosselin however you spell it, is up to some more trouble, and this time with TLC.
TLC claims that Jon's paid promotional appearances are a violation of his contract. Not only are they prohibited, but the unauthorized business deals and interviews have created a competitor to the programming.
Many assume that Jon's claims will be that the network is not allowing him to make a living with a contract that restrictive. Yet, TLC agreed to pay the idiot when they decided to change the show from Jon & Kate Plus 8 to Kate Plus 8.
To tell you the truth, I kinda feel bad for him, but its his own fault for going out and partying. If he had just stayed home and stuff, none of this would have happended!
